Refund policy

Returns and Refunds:

We do not offer returns, for the shipping cost, we offer refunds if there is any damage to the piece at the time of arrival, in order to make the possible refund, photos of the damaged product in the box would have to be sent within the first 5 days of the product was delivered to the buyer.

The reasons for which a refund can be made are:
Wrong quantity delivered
That it was not the object
Damage caused during shipping
Once the purchase is made, the product cannot be canceled and the amount paid will not be refunded.

Returns are only made if the product has any damage or defects at the time of receipt.
You must be notified at the time of opening the package, in case of any type of damage upon receiving the product, send a notification with an attached photo of the problem that the product presents, in order to make a valid exchange of the damaged part. The product must be unused and in the packaging you received it. (Send photo by WhatsApp or email).

Once we receive the email, we will confirm the status of your return, depending on the specific case.
Shipping costs are not refundable.

The change will be made within 3 business days if the product is in stock or within 15 to 20 days of production.
